وصف الشركة The Ministry of Administrative Development oversees implementation of the law regulating governmental human resources. It sets general policies on human resources, including job localization policies, and follows up their implementation once approved. The Ministry studies chapter one budgetary estimates and the organizational charts proposed by government entities and makes recommendation for endorsement. It also reviews and improves work processes of government entities and provides them with technical help in modernizing and streamlining procedures and applying corporate quality standards. To this end, it manages government human resource planning program and extends technical help. This helps improve the efficiency of the State's administrative setup; trains Qatari employees and redevelops/repositions those holding positions that do not match their educational qualifications.
