وصف الشركة Pampano is a world-class award winning restaurant concept, offering Latin coastal cuisine in an elegant yet unpretentious setting. This casual “chic” restaurant brand was born in New York in 2003, when famed chef Richard Sandoval, well-known in NY for his modern Mexican cuisine, partnered with the Spanish born but Mexican-raised opera tenor and legend, Maestro Placido Domingo. The menu is composed of traditional Mexican recipes executed in a modern way, with a touch of Asian ingredients. The outcome is a colourful light cuisine with a selection of signature dishes such as lobster tacos as well as a homemade delicious guacamole. Pampano received a stellar review from the New York Times and was voted one of “The Best New Restaurants in America” in 2003 by Esquire Magazine, being described as a sophisticated, tropical restaurant. In Doha, Pampano reaped the “Best restaurant of the year 2011” award and the “Best seafood Restaurant of the year 2011” award by Time Out Doha magazine.
