Hadan restaurant opened its doors to customers on 11 June 2015 at Al Wakra Souq. It took more than six months from the day the owner of the restaurant. Dr. Saif S. Alsowaidi was allocated the premises of a rebuilt old Qatari house as part of the heritage site of Al Wakra Souq, to the date of opening. Dr. Saif invested in almost rebuilding the house interior to make it as much as possible into a restaurant. Though it was not an easy task to meet what official government entities require and what customers would expect from a quality service and nicely developed dining environment, commitment and hard work have made it possible to create a lovely place with modern finishing, furniture, facilities and pleasant atmosphere. Hadan is located on the sea front of the site of Al Wakra Souq; it has inside and outside sitting areas. Customers have the choice of enjoying the fantastic view of the sea, or the distinguished decoration of the interior of the restaurant. The restaurant has modern facilities which include audio system, CCTV, television, and free internet access available to guests. Total seating capacity is 123 guests, who would be served by experienced chefs and customer-focused staff. Though located in a culturally preserved site, Hadan specializes in international cuisine, serving quality food which has made known for this.
