وصف الشركة تأسست شركة الديار القطرية للاستثمار العقاري عام 2005 كإحدى شركات جهاز قطر للاستثمار (صندوق الثروة السيادي لدولة قطر). يقع المقر الرئيسي شمال شرق العاصمة (الدوحة) على ساحل الخليج العربي. كُلّفت الديار القطرية بدعم الاقتصاد القطري المتنامي وتنسيق أولويات التنمية العقارية في الدولة. Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company was established in 2005 as one of the companies of the Qatar Investment Authority (the sovereign wealth fund of the State of Qatar). The headquarters is located northeast of the capital (Doha) on the coast of the Persian Gulf. Qatari Diar has been entrusted with supporting the growing Qatari economy and coordinating real estate development priorities in the country.
