وصف الشركة Ever since its birth in 2002, Layali is genuinely branded as Doha’s finest Lebanese restaurant and has been awarded twice by Qatar Today as the best Arabic Cuisine in the nation in 2007 and 2010. In 2012 Layali was crowned with the Best Middle Eastern Cuisine Award by Time Out Doha Magazine Layali embodies Lebanon’s diverse heritage and its unique cultural historical blend of prominent powers dating back far beyond the 1500’s which has influenced the gastronomy over the centuries and made the Lebanese diet the most popular of all the Middle Eastern cuisines. Its name, Layali, derives from the Arabic “nights”, genuinely chosen as when one enters sits eatery, it radiates the blissful essence of the old Andalusia Soirée captivating the antiquity of the 17th century Arabian nights with its bright golden teak wooden bar reflecting a mixture of its contemporary Lebanese decor. Layali‘s environment, from its décor to its hospitality is purely and entirely 100 percent honorably Lebanese. On a daily basis there is live Tarab music. One of Layali’s exclusivity which outstands from all other local Lebanese restaurants is not only its refined décor which was brought exclusively from the land of the Cedars, but for its menu which includes the “Hommos” which is the Levantines traditional and most popular serving appetizer dip made from cooked mashed chickpeas, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. From its radiant design of colors and handmade artifacts, its layout is designed to offer its guests the best comfort, occupying an area of 980 square meters of which 360 square meters are used for in house services in order to provide not only a spacious environment with comfortable seating, but to serve the guests with the highest efficiency.
