In fact, as the world's bottled water leader, Nestlé Waters has made of sustainable water use a top priority. Nestlé Waters has also continued its work to optimize packaging weight: From 2005 to 2010, the weight of its bottles was reduced by 19% per litre produced. In parallel, the Group is contributing to the collection of used packaging and/or plays a role in raising awareness about the importance of recycling.
