شركة الضمان للتأمين الإسلامي “بيمه” مرخصة للعمل من قبل مصرف قطر المركزي ١٣٢٠٠٩ رقم السجل التجاري للشركة المسجل لدى دولة قطر هو 43652، وتقدم العديد من الحلول التأمينية التكافلية لحماية عملائها من العديد من المخاطر باختلاف أنوعها. الأسس والمعايير التأمين التعاوني (تكافل) وفقاً لشروط عقد التأسيس والنظام الأساسي للشركة واستناداً على مبادئ التعاون والتبادل ، تعتمد الشركة في عملها على أساس التأمين الإسلامي التعاوني المبني على أحكام ومبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية. رسوم الوكالة تنوب الشركة عن حملة الوثائق وتعمل وكيلاً في إدارة حسابات حملة الوثائق. ويتم العمل على هذا مقابل رسوم سنوية يتم تحديدها والموافقة عليها من قبل هيئة الرقابة الشرعية . وفي الوقت الحالي، تم تحديد نسبة الوكالة بنسبة (٢٠٪) من اشتراكات التكافل بعد إعادة التأمين بنسبة تزيد عن (٨٠ ٪) . تقوم الشركة باستثمار أموال حملة الوثائق بصفتها مضارباً مقابل نسبة (40 %) من الأرباح الناتجة عن هذه الاستثمارات ويتم تحديدها سنوياً من قبل هيئة الرقابة الشرعية . فصل الحسابات وفائض عمليات التأمين تحتفظ شركتنا بحسابات حملة الوثائق ومخصصاتها واحتياطاتها بشكل منفصل ومستقل عن حساب حملة الأسهم . ويعود هذا الحساب إلى الاشتراكات المدفوعة من قبل حملة الوثائق ، وكذلك عائدات استثماراتهم. أما حساب حملة الأسهم فتتكون من رأس مال الشركة وحصتها من ربح الاستثمارات بصفتها مضارباً، بالإضافة لعمولة الوكالة والمخصصات والاحتياطات . يتم توزيع الفائض الذي تم الحصول عليه (إن وجد) بشكل كامل أو جزئي على حملة الوثائق بنسبة المساهمة المدفوعة من قبلهم بالطريقة التي يقررها مجلس الإدارة والتي يتم اعتمادها من قبل هيئة الرقابة الشرعية.
