FROM A CHALLENGING IDEA TO A SUCCESSFUL FRANCHISE In the late 1980's Mrs. Sawsan Wazzan Jabri and Mr. Rifaat Jabri living in the United States , witnessed a growing trend in the North American market: the expansion of Diet Centers. Being nutritionists themselves, and health conscious, they undertook a study of the Middle East markets.
