ROOTS stems from the mergence of two former divisions of our parent company Tadmur Holding. Building on the strong legacy and heritage of the Tadmur name, ROOTS was given its identity by amalgamating Tadmur Electrical and Industrial Controls Division (TEIC) and Industrial Contracting & Maintenance Division (ICM). The merger was a result of an insightful restructuring exercise implemented by reputed management consultants, KPMG.
While TEIC was a division dedicated to the Oil & Gas sector in Qatar, ICM catered to the country’s infrastructure and environmental sector. Consequently, ROOTS now combines the strength of both organisations to deliver world-class contracting and technical services to our clients in Qatar.
